Content policy
Rules for everything vendors publish on DealNest — accuracy, ownership, images, and no spam.
Version 1 — June 2026
Accuracy
Storefront copy, listings, and catalog descriptions must be accurate and current. Do not overstate capabilities, invent track records, or describe outcomes you cannot deliver. Estimates and starting prices must be labeled as such.
Ownership
You must own or hold rights to all content you publish — text, portfolio pieces, logos, and media. Do not copy another vendor's storefront copy, listings, or portfolio. Presenting someone else's work as your own is grounds for removal.
Image rights
Photos and images must be yours or properly licensed. Portfolio images must show your actual work; stock photos may not be presented as work samples. Images of identifiable clients or client projects require their permission.
No spam or keyword stuffing
Do not stuff listings with keyword lists, duplicate near-identical listings to dominate search results, or pad descriptions with irrelevant terms to game discovery. Write for buyers, not for the search index — we de-rank or remove manipulative content.
General content rules
No hateful, harassing, or deceptive content anywhere on DealNest — listings, messages, reviews, or profiles. Content promoting anything in the Prohibited items policy is removed.
Enforcement
We may edit nothing and remove anything: violating content is unpublished rather than rewritten. Repeated violations escalate under the Vendor policy.
