Vendor policy

What we expect from vendors who run a storefront on DealNest — accuracy, conduct, and fulfillment.

Version 1 — June 2026

Store accuracy

Everything on your storefront must be true. Your business name, location, services, pricing, and headline must describe the business you actually operate. If a price is an estimate, label it as one. If an offering is no longer available, unpublish it.

Keep your catalog current. Listings that have drifted from reality — stale prices, discontinued packages, capabilities you no longer offer — must be corrected or removed.

Prohibited conduct

Vendors may not impersonate another business, misrepresent credentials or track record, post fake reviews or solicit them for their own store, harvest buyer contact details for unrelated marketing, or route buyers off-platform to evade platform rules. Listing anything covered by our Prohibited items policy is grounds for immediate removal.

Fulfillment responsibility

The vendor — not DealNest — is the seller of record for the goods and services they offer. You are responsible for delivering what you agreed to, on the terms you agreed to, and for handling refunds and corrections per our Refund policy. DealNest provides the storefront, lead pipeline, and deal-tracking tools; we do not perform or guarantee the work.

Verification

Verified badges are granted under our Verification policy. Do not claim or imply verified status you do not hold, and do not represent the badge as a DealNest guarantee of your work.

Termination

We may unpublish a storefront or terminate vendor access for material or repeated violations of this policy — typically after a warning, immediately in serious cases (fraud, prohibited items, fake reviews). Workspace data export remains available per your account terms.
